Vincent Enyeama Trends On Twitter. Domain Names Registered Today.

In a world cup match soaked with adrenaline pumping tension, the Super Eagles of Nigeria couldn’t turn an adversity (10-man against opponents) into an adventurous victory over the Greeks.
But one man, Vincent Enyeama made a difference. His goal-keeping prowess and fantastic saves easily earned him the ‘Man of the Match’ and could make him the “Most Valuable Player” (MVP) of the Nigerian team.
Today, he became the 3rd most popular trending topic on Twitter. See screenshot below.

Before now, the Nigerian ‘Number 1′ football goal keeper did not have a domain name, except for a Wikipedia page. Today, the domain names www.vincentenyeama.com and www.enyeama.com were registered by Sebastian Ferreira in New York. See image below.

It only goes to show how popular Vincent Enyeama has become and how the domain names bearing his name would be worth thousands of dollars in the nearest future. If I were him, I’ll get my agent and lawyers to start discussing with the domain registrant.

Very interesting post, Loy.
Vincent Enyeama really has been a standout on an otherwise lackluster team. For such a stellar performer to not be backed up by a serious effort on his team's behalf, is frustrating.
A friend in South Africa just commented that he received a text from a fellow Naija guy in Southie. After the Eagles got "Greeked".
He said he felt like a battered woman, who kept going back to the Eagles because 'maybe this time would be different".
Hats off to Mr. Enyeama for giving loyal Eagles fans the slimmest of silver linings, in another frustrating World Cup outing. Perhaps we are returning to an era of stand-out goalkeeping, a la Peter Rufai.
Thanks for the insight. I hope Sebastian Ferreira isn't a domain squatter that's going to try and extort Enyeama and his camp.
Onward…
I dont personaly think the domain names will worth that much in the near future. These are personal names and not a potential business or networking domains.
He could ask for it since they are his names but i havent seen any goalkeeper that has a potential big domain.
