ThisDay Newspaper Launches iPad App
We’ve just learnt that Thisday, one of Nigeria’s leading newspapers have launched an iPad version, available on the Apple app store. The app was released on April 14, 2011.
Currently on version 1.1, the Thisday iPad app (1.1 MB) requires iOS 3.2.2 or later and is available in English and German languages. It was developed by Decisive Media Innovations Ltd.
The last time we covered ThisDay, it was about their launching of a new website on their N7.5million domain name (thisday.ng), which they ‘supposedly’ bought through NIRA’s auction process. That purchase made them the first Nigerian company to acquire the .ng second level domain.
We’ll get our hands soon on the app and do a detailed review.
