It will be great to see a Naija version of Silicone Valley but first things first, as a nation we need to provide the basic infrastructure which of course is electricity. Once that is provided, the next step is the provision of broadband internet at a reasonable price point. These two will serve as an incentive for the general population to invest in a desktop/laptop. Without this many startups will fail due to lack of patronization.  
 
On another note, what I would love to see is a payment portal of international standard within the country. This alone will change the game in the Naija IT industry.
